LotusAstro was founded by a senior London banker with decades of experience in global finance, building pioneering financial and risk models, and a long-standing devotion to Parashari Jyotish.

Its work brings together two traditions rarely found in the same place: the complex modelling and predictive analytics that underpin the global financial industry, and the timeless shlokas of India’s revered classical texts, from Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra to Phaladeepika and Laghu Parashari.

Each shloka is read afresh and restated as a precise rule that can be tested. Every rule is then checked against dated events from real lives, in the same way a financial model is validated before it is trusted. Each sutra is graded by how consistently it holds, and the grades are published. The result is classical Jyotish approached as a predictive discipline: rooted in tradition, measured against evidence.

The aim is not to claim that astrology is a proven science. It is to offer something rarer: readings that are rigorous, transparent and honest about what they know, and genuinely useful for the decisions that shape a life.
